Owners are responsible for the accuracy of submitted space information and for ensuring they have the right to offer the space.

Early access status

The site collects interest and listing requests for review. A submission is not a binding offer, lease, booking, or brokerage agreement.

Owner responsibilities

You are responsible for permissions, safety, local rules, taxes, pricing, and any third-party approvals required for using or monetizing your space.

No guarantee

Rent Your Space may decline, pause, edit, or remove listings during early access. We do not guarantee occupancy, revenue, approval, or availability.
